An indie ensemble comedy written, produced, directed by and also starring Jennifer Westfeldt. It marks Westfeldt directorial debut with her partner Jon Hamm also star in the movie, along with his “Bridesmaids” co-star Kristen Wiig, Maya Rudolph, Chris O'Dowd. Adam Scott and Megan Fox also among the cast member. The film premiered at the Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF) last September to mostly positive reviews.
The story centers around a group of mostly married friends in their 30's who are at that moment where most are having children. The last two single friends (Westfeldt and Scott) make a decision to have a child together but still date other people (Ed Burns and Megan Fox, respectively). Rudolph and O'Dowd bring the funny as Jason and Julie’s married pals looking to rekindle their romance in the bedroom, while erstwhile Bridesmaids couple Hamm and Wiig pair up this time as childless friends who can’t keep their hands off each other.
