NEIGHBORS (formerly titled Townies) is an upcoming comedy film directed by Nicholas Stoller (Forgetting Sarah Marshall, Get Him to the Greek, The Five-Year Engagement) and written by Andrew Cohen and Brendan O’Brien.

Starring Seth Rogen, Zac Efron, Rose Byrne, Dave Franco, and Christopher Mintz-Plasse, the story is about a young couple suffering from arrested development who are forced to live next to a fraternity house after the birth of their newborn baby.
