Debut Trailer for Horror Remake THE TOWN THAT DREADED SUNDOWN

Based on a terrifying true story, THE TOWN THAT DREADED SUNDOWN picks up sixty-five years after a masked serial killer terrorized the small town of Texarkana, when the “moonlight murders” begin again. Is it a copycat or something even more sinister? A lonely high school girl, with dark secrets of her own, may be the key to catching the murderer.

Directed by Alfonso Gomez-Rejon in his feature-length directorial debut, written by Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa, and produced by Ryan Murphy of Ryan Murphy Productions (Glee, Nip/Tuck, American Horror Story) and Jason Blum of Blumhouse Productions (Paranormal Activity, Insidious) for Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer (MGM), this horror flick is a meta-remake of the 1976 film of the same name.
